Step 5: Search a Congressional Document Database Print Page

Introduction

If you are looking for a particular legislative document for which you have a citation, or you are looking for congressional documents on a particular topic, or you need legislative materials for legislation that was passed before the 91st Congress (1970), you will need to use a database of congressional documents and search for documents individually.

 

Bills

  •    1799-1873 (House) (6th Congress - 42nd Congress) American Memory
  • 1819-1873 (Senate) (16th Congress - 42nd Congress) American Memory
  • 1989-present (101st Congress - present) Thomas
  • 1989-present (101st Congress - present) ProQuest Congressional
