Viewing a ProQuest Ebook Central Ebook

You can access Ebook Central and search for an Ebook at this link.

Ebook titles will have a link to Ebook Central in the Maloney Library catalog.

After you click on an ebook link in the library catalog, you should be brought to the ProQuest Ebook Central "Details" page for the ebook. (If you are accessing from off campus, you may first be prompted to enter your Fordham username and password.)  Click the "Read Online" link in the lower left to view the ebook in your browser:

You will then be brought inside the ebook. You can scroll from page to page or click on a section in the Table of Contents (on the left-hand side of the screen) to jump ahead:

If at any point you're prompted with the message that your browsing time "has elapsed," simply click "Yes" to continue reading the ebook if needed.

You can copy, print portions (or a full book) to PDF, and highlight sections as needed, using the toolbar at the top of the page.

Reading Online or Requesting an Ebook

You may be prompted to read a book online for a limited time, or to request the book from a librarian.

Please fill out the "Request" form if needed, noting your journal affiliation if applicable, and wait for a librarian response.
