Please make sure that, for each article, you have one staffer as the coordinator for all ILL requests relating to that article. Often times, multiple staffers need the same materials and we get requests from different students for the same materials, which we then cancel. Having one person coordinating requests makes it much easier for the staffers.
Overdue or book replacement fines are the personal responsibility of the individual student who charged out the item. Students not willing to take full responsibility for charging out journal books should not charge them out.
Library Liaison: Each journal has been assigned a library liaison. Your journal's liaison should be the first person you contact in the library if you have any questions about the library or that the library can answer. The library liaisons and their contact information are listed below.
